Terms of Service

These terms of service govern your use of the InspectRocket platform, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution operated by Yanyi FZ-LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

InspectRocket is a comprehensive business management platform designed for building and pest inspection companies. Our platform provides tools for managing inspections, customer relationships, quotes, scheduling, and reporting.

To use InspectRocket, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the InspectRocket platform for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload, transmit, or distribute any illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Current pricing is available on our website. Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan and billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice before the end of the current billing period. We may immediately terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
