At ACE Building and Pest Inspections, we understand the critical importance of the lock-up stage in your building project. This phase is where your property is sealed from the elements, yet hidden issues can still lurk beneath the surface. Our Lock-Up Stage Inspection is designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of your property’s external doors, windows, roofing, brickwork, and framework. We work closely with you to ensure compliance with Australian standards and your builder’s contract. By identifying potential problems now, you can save time and money in the long run. Trust our experienced inspectors to give you the confidence you need before moving on to the next stage of construction.

At ACE Building and Pest Inspections, our Stage 4 Fixing Stage Inspection is designed to ensure your construction meets all necessary standards before moving forward. The fixing stage inspection takes place during installation of internal finishes and fit-outs. At this point, plasterboard, cabinetry, skirting boards, architraves, internal doors and wet-area components are being completed. Choosing us means you benefit from our extensive industry knowledge, commitment to quality, and a passion for customer satisfaction. We know how important your investment is and strive to provide peace of mind throughout the inspection process.

As you approach the exciting final stage of your home build, it's vital to ensure everything is perfect before taking possession. Our Stage 5 Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) delivers a comprehensive, unbiased evaluation of your new property. We focus on critical aspects such as workmanship quality, finish details, and adherence to your building contract. By identifying any defects or unfinished work, our detailed PCI report equips you with the information needed to address any concerns with your builder prior to settlement. With our expertise, you can confidently move into a home that meets your expectations and standards.
